  • Baking with Australian Macadamia Nuts by Chef Bani Nanda: Chef Bani Nanda, the creative force behind Miam Pâtisserie, is a Cordon Bleu Paris-trained chef known for her ability to blend Indian flavours with French pastry traditions. Her workshop will guide participants through the process of creating exquisite baked goods using Australian Macadamia Nuts, demonstrating the nuts’ adaptability in both sweet and savoury applications.
     
  • Cocktail Masterclass by Minakshi Singh of Sidecar: Minakshi Singh, the co-founder of Sidecar, an artisanal cocktail bar ranked #26 in the World’s 50 Best Bars 2022 and #18 in Asia’s 50 Best Bars 2023, will lead a workshop on crafting cocktails infused with Australian Macadamia Nuts.
