INGREDIENTS

For Macadamia milk:

  • ¼ cup macadamia nuts
  • 1 cup water

For Coffee:

  • ¼ – ½ cup (or one shot) espresso coffee of your choice
  • Sweetener of your choice
INSTRUCTIONS
For the milk:
Place the macadamias and water into the jug of a high-speed blender and blend until the mixture is frothy and a creamy white colour. Strain through a nut bag and use immediately or refrigerate until ready to use.
For the coffee:
Add the sweetener to the coffee and combine, then cool. Place plenty of ice cubes in a big glass. Pour over the espresso and macadamia milk. Stir and drink immediately.
