INGREDIENTS
  • 1/2 Cup Australian grounded Macadamia Nuts 
  • 3/4 cup whole milk 
  • 3/4 cup condensed milk 
  • 1/4 teaspoon cardamom powder 
  • Pinch of saffron strands 
  • 1 tsp chopped macadamia nuts for garnishing 
INSTRUCTIONS
  • Coarsely grind Australian macadamia nuts and set them aside. 
  • In a pan, bring whole milk to a boil and let it simmer on low flame for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Allow it to reduce to half of its original volume. 
  • Add ground macadamia nuts, cardamom powder, saffron strands, and condensed milk to the simmering milk. Stir well until fully combined. 
  • Let the mixture cook for another 10-15 minutes, then turn off the flame and let it cool. 
  • Pour the kulfi mixture into molds and insert wooden popsicle sticks into the center. 
  • Place the molds in the freezer and let them freeze for at least 7-8 hours, or until set. 
  • Garnish each kulfi with chopped macadamia nuts before serving.
