INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 Cup Australian grounded Macadamia Nuts
- 3/4 cup whole milk
- 3/4 cup condensed milk
- 1/4 teaspoon cardamom powder
- Pinch of saffron strands
- 1 tsp chopped macadamia nuts for garnishing

INSTRUCTIONS
- Coarsely grind Australian macadamia nuts and set them aside.
- In a pan, bring whole milk to a boil and let it simmer on low flame for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Allow it to reduce to half of its original volume.
- Add ground macadamia nuts, cardamom powder, saffron strands, and condensed milk to the simmering milk. Stir well until fully combined.
- Let the mixture cook for another 10-15 minutes, then turn off the flame and let it cool.
- Pour the kulfi mixture into molds and insert wooden popsicle sticks into the center.
- Place the molds in the freezer and let them freeze for at least 7-8 hours, or until set.
- Garnish each kulfi with chopped macadamia nuts before serving.
