INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 cup chopped Australian macadamia nuts
- ½ cup Almonds, Pistachios, raisins, etc.
- 3/4 cup vermicelli (thin noodles)
- 3 cups whole milk
- 1/2 cup condensed milk
- 3 tablespoons desi ghee
- 4-5 green cardamom pods powder
- A pinch of saffron strands
- 3-4 Dates
- 2 tablespoons chopped macadamia nuts, pistachios, almond, saffron for garnish

INSTRUCTIONS
- Chop dates and soak in warm milk and keep it aside for 5-10 minutes.
- Pour the milk in a pan and bring it to a boil. Let it simmer over low heat for about 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally to prevent sticking.
- Heat ghee in a deep pan add chopped macadamia nuts, almond pistachios, raisins, etc and fry for 3-4 minutes, remove it and keep aside.
- In the same pan, add vermicelli and roast until golden brown.
- Add the roasted nuts, vermicelli and soaked dates to the simmering milk and continue to cook for 7-8 minutes until the vermicelli softens and the mixture thickens.
- Add condensed milk, crushed cardamom pods, saffron strands and cook for another 3-4 minutes. Garnish with chopped macadamia nuts, pistachios and almonds.
- Serve warm or chilled, according to your preference.
