INGREDIENTS
- ½ cup fresh strawberries, finely chopped
- 200 gms white chocolate
- ¼ cup heavy cream
- ½ cup Australian macadamia nuts
- White Chocolate for coating
- Heart confetti for decoration

INSTRUCTIONS
- Finely chop or crush Australian macadamia nuts and set aside
- Chop fresh strawberries and place them in a bowl
- In a separate bowl, combine finely chopped white chocolate compound or white chocolate chips with heavy cream
- Melt the mixture together using either the double boiler method or by microwaving it at 30-second intervals until fully melted and smooth
- Add the crushed Australian macadamia nuts and chopped strawberries to the melted white chocolate mixture. Mix well to combine
- Using a melon ball scooper or spoon, scoop out small balls of the mixture and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper
- Refrigerate the balls until they become firm and easy to handle
- Dip the truffle balls into melted white chocolate, covering them completely
- Decorate each truffle with heart-shaped confetti
- Refrigerate the truffles again for about 10 minutes to allow the chocolate to set
