No-bake macadamia farali cheesecake

INGREDIENTS
For the crust:
- 1 cup Australian macadamia nuts, roasted
- 7-8 dates, pitted
- 1 tsp desi ghee
- 1-2 pods elaichi
For cheesecake filling:
- 1 cup paneer/ chenna
- ½ Cup fresh cream
- ½ Cup hung curd
- ¼ Cup macadamia nuts, soaked
- ½ Cup sugar
For the garnish:
- 2-3 macadamia nuts, grated
- A few saffron strands
INSTRUCTIONS
- In a blender, combine roasted macadamia nuts with pitted dates and 1 tsp desi ghee until a crumble forms.
- Place the mixture in a small glass bowl and press down to pack
- To make the filling, use a blender to combine the paneer, fresh cream, hung curd, sugar, soaked Australian macadamia nuts
- Add the mix on top of the crust, and garnish with some saffron strands
- Cool for 4-5 hours in a refrigerator
- Garnish with crushed macadamia nuts and silver foil (chandi ka varak)
