Tri-coloured macadamias
Independence Day is around the corner and it’s our time to celebrate the tri-colours with full zeal. These tri-colour macadamias are super easy, quick to prepare & a delicious snack to enjoy at home bringing out the patriotic spirit that every Indian carries in their heart. Once stored well in an airtight jar, these are perfect for everyday snacking.

INGREDIENTS
- 100 gm macadamia nuts
- 1 ½ tsp salt
- 1 ½ tsp oil
- ½ cup mint leaves
- 1 tbsp peri peri masala
INSTRUCTIONS
- Wash and dry mint leaves.
- Microwave mint leaves for 2-3 minutes to dehydrate.
- Divide macadamia nuts in 3 parts.
- To one part add mint leaves, ½ oil, ½ tsp salt (or as per taste) and mix well.
- To second part add peri peri masala, ½ oil, ½ tsp salt (or as per taste) and mix well.
- To the third part add ½ oil, ½ tsp salt (or as per taste) and mix well.
- Line the nuts on baking paper and airfry/bake at 160°C for 10-12 minutes.
- Let them cool down & Tri-coloured macadamia nuts are ready.
